Their latest album, Fear Inoculum, released in August 2019. Inoculum is a substance used for inoculation. Inoculation is the action of inoculating or of being inoculated; vaccination. Fear is how they will get people to be vaccinated. Seems oddly relevant now.

The first song on the album is titled the same, Fear Inoculum, below are the lyrics. Listen to the real thing if you haven’t before. The band is full of geniuses.

SONG BEGIN

Immunity long overdue.
Contagion, I exhale you.
Naive I opened up to you.
Venom in mania.

Now, contagion I exhale you.
Deceiver says, he says you belong to me.
You don't want to breathe the light of the others.
Fear the light.
Fear the breath.
Fear the others for eternity.
But I hear them now, inhale the clarity.
Hear the venom, the venom in what you say, inoculated.

Bless this immunity.
Bless this immunity.
Bless this immunity.

Exhale, expel.
Recast my tale.
Weave my allegorical elegy.

Enumerate.
All that I'm to do.
Calculating steps away from you.
My own mitosis.
Growing through delusion from mania.

Exhale, expel.
Recast my tale, weave my allegorical elegy.
Forfeit all control.

You poison.
You spectacle.

Exorcise the spectacle.
Exorcise the malady.
Exorcise the disparate.
Poison for eternity.
Purge me and evacuate.
The venom and the fear that binds me.

Unveil now.
Lift away.
I see you running.
Deceiver chased away.
A long time coming.

END OF SONG.

Sounds a lot like COVID and the media a few months before it all went down. RIP. The vaccine is poison. We know this already but this might red pill some and it ends happy with the fear lifted away and the deceiver chased away. Hopium in small dose.

Good find. Tool was very important to me a couple decades ago, they helped me learn a sense of fearlessness in expression that I hold dear to me today.

Same. Tool really opened my view to a lot of things and pried open my third eye lol

The entire album is fucking incredible!

fakewhiterage 3 points ago +4 / -1

Lol, no. Especially since the songwriting is a raging libtard

He’s actually pretty based and a troll. Most people that like TOOL are awake not woke.

fakewhiterage 2 points ago +3 / -1

No he’s not!

He’s made it clear he hates Trump and other conservatives pretty openly

HUNK [S] 1 point ago +2 / -1

He’s pretty based IMO with this quote that Trump isnt our enemy, ignorance is.

Not everyone that is rational, or has a relatively same thought, is based.

2
HUNK [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Agreed but also depends how you define based. Being rooted in facts is mine. His views align with mine on being as self sufficient as you can and that no one is going to rescue you.

Hes based, you're wrong.

Hes a farmer in Arizona.

His band mates are liberals.

This is why they didn't make an album for 10 years.

He keeps it close to his chest because most of his fans are libtards.

MJK is based.

I’m not wrong. My statement is accurate. Taste my balls

TOOL innoculated me to the bullshit a long time ago.

Same. Their music really is a tool.

If this is truly about what was to come, then it's exactly why the powers that be wants all the venues shut down. But with this shut down, it really did expose a lot of musicians, who all wanna go along with the hysteria as total fucking assholes. Music has been over saturated, notice no more rock-stars.. just a lot of underground up and comers and really talented people who get ignored and passed up for American Idol.

American Idol is a control scheme, they get to hand pick who get's the next big contract, who won't cause any trouble in influencing the new generation. It's all heavily controlled now. Anyone who ever got too big for them to handle ended up dying. Bob Dylan, guy's like that talk about selling their souls, and they either speak on behalf of their contract holders, or they don't speak at all.. It's fucking sad, because a lot of really well known musicians SHOULD be speaking up, but hardly any of them are. Fuck them all.

TOOL was too talented. They owed their record label one more album and this was it. When TOOL released all their music on Spotify it broke many records and rock was back on top. IIRC Tool was the last “metal” band/songs to be number 1 and trending overall. It was funny seeing all these twitter post about who the fuck is TOOL.

I agree fuck them all but not TOOL. Not with their clout and attempts and using their music as a TOOL. Theyre private guys but sacrificing the name and first song of one of the most anticipated albums of all time at the end of their contract to potentially warn the masses, they get a pass from me.

They released on top of Taylor Swift and shit all over her.

2
Ampman69 2 points ago +2 / -0

Great album! Saw them just before the scamdemic shut everything down!

2
ChilledCovfefe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Maybe they are in on it.

1
Harambe 1 point ago +2 / -1

Nope.

TOOL has made millions of free thinkers that know how to resist.

Not part of the plan.

Never forget these wise words from 1996: "Think for yourself, question authority". Tool were way ahead of the curve.

Bless this Immunity.

Takes on a whole new meaning now doesn’t it

I had no idea what the album was really about until 2020 came around.

They knew.
