I mean New York did a prison break by releasing a bunch of convicts in 2020 using COVID-PRC safety protocols as an excuse. Not to mention they stopped requiring people to pay bail to get out and began to auto release criminals that same year.
Then, after all of that, New York officials endorsed a full summer of looting and rioting with no consequences. In fact, they rewarded the criminals by getting rid of plain clothed police units. Of course this was on top of decades of telling black people they can't be racist because of the color of their skin.

There are plenty of rayciss, crazy joggas in NYC, the cops don't need to go looking for them.
