Do cross fitters think kipping pull ups replace normal pull ups? Or do they do them as an aerobic type exercise?
Cause spassing around on the bar like that is probably pretty taxing.
But it won’t build your upper back in the same way doing slow weighted pull ups will. I don’t really understand the hate though. It would still help your fitness.
