Do cross fitters think kipping pull ups replace normal pull ups? Or do they do them as an aerobic type exercise?
Cause spassing around on the bar like that is probably pretty taxing.
But it won’t build your upper back in the same way doing slow weighted pull ups will. I don’t really understand the hate though. It would still help your fitness.

Talk to Crossfitters, it's not so much hate but blowback from their attitudes. The only people more self righteous than a crossfitter are vegans.
Crossfitters are basically the Q-tards of exercise. They think they have all the answers when in reality they are falling for bullshit. Just like Q-tards, they can't be reasoned with.
