Agreed. We really need to cut down on the amount of jogging that we’re doing. A healthy balance of physical activity and murder is necessary, but we’ve swung way to far in the physical activity/jogging direction.

My team is conducting a comprehensive double blind peer reviewed study on the effect light jogging has on murder rates in low income rural areas versus inner cities.
