Approach any Blacks, in any busy Chinese streets (think Chinese equivalent of Manhattan, etc.). Talk like a dumb white leftist, and then ask for drugs. Blacks, it seems, behave mostly the same, everywhere they go. No, they are not victims of anything. Blacks everywhere need to stop blaming other cultures, and starting improving their shit culture, or at least stop celebrating thug culture.
