If you are in a right to work state, they will just fire you for whatever they want. If you arent, demand that they have to take legal responsibility for a bad outcome due to it not being FDA approved.
I'm in Indiana - right to work state. My workplace hasn't made the vaccination mandatory yet, but it's inevitable. I'm less than 5 years from retirement. Talk about being put between a rock and a hard place.
Since they legally CANNOT make an experimental drug mandatory, be prepared to sue for wrongful termination, etc. you dont owe the company anything. If they want to go woke, it is your obligation as a pede to make them go broke.
