Sorry friend but that's wrong, what you are saying is a common misconception or misinterpretation of the event. Jesus was reprimanding the crowd for what they were about to do, which was to stone a whore to death. He didn't want anyone to cast the stone because judgement (punishment) is God's job. So it wasn't for calling her a sinner, it was for attempting to punish her.
He would, but he also reprimanded the crowd for calling people sinners when they were all sinners themselves.
