Katy proper is expanding quite a bit. But we used to live in a suburb about 30 min outside Houston but crime and traffic is spreading out. Have to look further out like sugarland, Huntsville or Baytown for less expensive areas and frankly less city B.S.
Drive anywhere across houston will take you 40 to 60min unless you do toll roads.
Hubby and I live in Commiefornia but we’re considering a move to Katy, Tx. Any opinions or suggestions?
