Amazing how states are now having to pass laws to force their own government to follow the US Constitution.

The States were always meant to have a lot of power. By accepting Federal funds and letting the Federal government slide, they have allowed that power to erode. About time they took it back.

This is a union. The States have always had equal power. That's why it takes two thirds ratification for most of these outlandish ideas (as in executive orders) to become national law. It ain't gonna happen babe.

At least they are doing it. Without that we really would be fucked. Notice the Feds are balking about it.

"Notice the Feds are balking about it."

Which means that the States will soon reverse course.

States broke their own laws when they changed their election process, then ignored all proof of election fraud. Passing more laws against this will stop it next time!
