Not sure how many people realize this, or care. If we are boycotting Coca Cola Co., and their respective brands, Dr. Pepper is also a Coke brand. Along with Dasani water, sprite, Powerade etc. I’ve spoken to a few people that have switched to Dr. Pepper while boycotting Coca Cola. Switching to another “Coke” product is not boycotting.

DP in EU and south Korea is owned by Coke. But not in USA. Keurig owns it here, along with a few other brands.. In canada, Pepsi owns it...

Keurig Dr Pepper (2008–present; United States only) The Coca-Cola Company (Europe and South Korea only) PepsiCo (Canada and Oceania only)

Pepsi doesn't own it. Canada Dry Motts owns it.

Must have changed fairly recently? Looking online at their website, its not clear as per the different parts of the world as to who owns it. https://www.drpeppersnapplegroup.com/company/history
