Considering the cabal is responsible for all cancer, I think helping our fellow countrymen survive is a good thing. Paying for liberal bullshit fake education is a waste.
And, in the case of trannies who think they're women and take estrogen, cancer is a choice. Men who take estrogen have massive rates of cancer. So, in our current system, we're doubly fucked by the trannies- we pay for their drugs and surgeries, and we pay for the cancer treatments of 59% of them.
What we should really be looking at is why are medical costs in Singapore 10% of what they are in the USA. I'll tell you why, because of regulatory abuse. Rather than use regulations to protect people, the government is using them to help medical providers lock out competition and drive up profit margins. It would be easy for all of us to afford good health care if they would just get off our back.
After all, what part of free market capitalism would forbid me from creating a medical facility, without a CON? (certificate of need, which basically you can only get via approval of all the competitors in the region). Why can't medical licenses cross state lines, like our drivers licenses? Why do medicines widely used everywhere else in the world require a billion dollar FDA approval process in the USA? Why is it illegal to import generics into the USA commercially, even ones made by US companies and sold overseas? Why do you need to have a 7 year medical degree to do things in the US, that are done by dental assistants and nurse practitioners every where else on the planet? The list goes on and on and on.
Its called bankruptcy. At the very least they should allow students to file bankruptcy and get out of federal backed loans, the prices of tuition, made up admin jobs, and stupid degrees would fall overnight

The only problem is that the federal gov't cosigns the loans for everyone, and they don't discriminate based on whether your degree is likely to have a poor ROI. So now you have blank checks to the schools, who waste money, and you can't declare bankruptcy just like as if you owed on your taxes. Now I would be on board with student debt forgiveness if they fixed the root cause of the problem:
Halt all interest accrual for federally guaranteed student loans
Set up a plan for the banks to eat the debt over a period of time. The same amount for everyone. (So say the banks eat 5k per year per debt holder)
Justify all of this as the cost of being allowed to conduct usury in the US
Set up a new system where the schools cosign the loans instead of the government.
Fixed overall interest for students who are qualified by the school and banks actuaries. (I.e. you have 10 years to pay it for a total of say 10% interest over those 10 years, and then a predefined rate after that period)
Have a fixed amount of approvals for people who really shouldn't get is based on the amount of government funding the school receives. So say you have to give the loans to 1000 students who can't qualify normally because they are studying art or had shitty grades, per 10 million in funding you get or something like that.
So basically you force banks to and schools to give out low interest loans (more selectively than now) if they want to be able to get federal funding or charge interest in the United States. Prices would drop drastically.

Now that the federal government has guaranteed the loans they need to be paid or it could harm the credit rating of the USA, which is the basis for a lot of financial calculations. Basically you assume that loaning money to the US gov't (bonds) is 100% safe investment, and you compare other assets to those returns to determine if the investment is worth it. Mnuchin and Trump should have set up a plan to fix this problem.
Sleepy Joe will NEVER forgive student loans because of his conflicts of interest. He may try to pay them or part of them via taxation/money printing. Probably not though because banks lose money when things are paid out in lump sums, and people who are debt slaves are conducive to the globalist game plan. They will maybe do something to help people a little bit (probably focused on minorities), but ultimately you could pay everyones off and if you don't fix the system then we will have the same problem in 10 years again. They will most likely dangle the carrot to get people to vote for them. PArt of the reason they did this in the first place is to piss on people and offer an umbrella down the line.
As a person with 60k in student loan debt I support this with my entire being. I do think students need to be better educated before entering into this soul sucking “loans” from the banks, but in the end, we make our own choices. If you get some form of cancer that was not brought on you by your own actions (a la smoking and getting lung cancer) then I think there needs to be more options for you. But student loan debt? Pay up bitch. I know I am!
