Recently became the custodian of the family guns form the 1930s and holy crap what have I been doing pissing my money away on this new shit from the store. You hold a Winchester 94 .30-30 in one hand and the AR in the other and it is night and day. I’m never going to buy a gun made after 1964 again.

Had some time with an STG44 and mosin nagant a couple years back, good fun, but I have a special appreciation for the newer, lighter stuff too.
