This problem might sort itself out in a couple of winters. The "green" party are desperate to shut down nuclear reactors while paying people to replace their cars with electric cars. This winter they had to start up the very last oil power plant which is really only used during emergencies.
Add a few more MW of load and boom, Stockholm is out of power, the only place where people are retarded enough to vote for the "green" party. After freezing their asses of for a few days like Texas, they might rethink.
