We used to have rock fights and impersonate Evil Knievel doing motorcycle jumps over buses. Except we'd bike jump over kids. We'd laydown side by side and see how many people the guy on the bike could clear. You had to be brave to be the last kid, those that were showing off would lay face up. it was kind of like the trust exercise were people fall back and others catch them, except here it was trusting the rider to hit the jump full blast. At school recess we'd play smear the queer.

Another neighborhood favorite was bike tag. it was literally tag on bicycles, we'd restrict it to our neighborhood (three streets by three streets), there were some pretty good wrecks. Those with Schwinn ten speeds had the speed advantage but the little bikes had the maneuver advantage when close in.
