In 1957, I went to Episcopal Kindergarten in Tennessee. The bad weather play area in the basement had a jungle gym (climbing apparatus) on a concrete floor. (Yes, I did fall off onto the floor. One if the reasons I vividly remember it at only 5 years old!)
