There are certain states where one city metro area dominates the entire state. NYC, Seattle/Peuget Sound, Portland, Chicago.... IMO those states would be blue: WA, OR, NY, IL. In addition to CO, MD, NJ, CT, MA..... Probably around 100 EC votes total.
I honestly believe without fraud, the whole map would be red except maybe DC

Looking at only counties, the whole map is red. Except for the blue cities which are small dots on the map.
