Off topic, but I've had some amazing results recently with vinpocetine/vincamine and gingko biloba supplements. Took about one month to start noticing I don't forget things anymore. My mood is absolutely stabilized too, to the point I had a beer and shot last night and didn't even catch a buzz.

Sadly, I also didn't win at dominos :p

Thank you, i’ll chedk it out! I had a head injury in 2012 that caused complications, bah, but a bit of extra help always a good thing!

My condolences in the Domino loss though, there’s always next time round!

not that I enjoy giving wal-mart any of my money if it can be avoided (they support and donate to blm) but they stock these types of supplements, so if you want to try them they are very easy to get a hold of.

I'm thankful that I can avoid wal-mart, my local grocery store (that's not Wal-Mart :D ) carries various supplements. PLus, wal mart stores make me sick, so... I only gone in unless I totally have to

This sounds like you might be a candidate for trying GABA. (Over the counter, 750 mg capsules, Vitamin Shoppe). 15 years ago I discovered that in me it improved memory a lot. It did not work for friends so the effect is very individual. But if it works, it does work noticeably, and is worth a trial, one per day for a week or two to see if any effect. Not a harmful supplement, no side effects in 15 years.

gaba pentin? I may have heard of it. I'll look into it, thank you.

Not pentin - it's Gamma Amino Butyric Acid. It is a nutrient in the neural operational chain.
