I never liked Tim Pool, I always felt he's a numb sleeper preferring to die in a house fire rather than getting out.
But I realize he's got the one point of view that I care about right: the enemy is outside, not inside.
Democrats tend to turn the apparatus & weapons of state inwards in search of real and imagined enemies, stupidly creating the enemies they think they're warding off.
Likewise, Republicans seek outside the country, stupidly creating the enemies they think they're warding off.
When you look at it on it's face, it seems neither option is preferable. But when you realize Democrats are forever pointing our own weapons at ourselves it's a no brainer.
