At minimum, child support should go into a trust, to be used for the child only - accessible by BOTH parents. Both parents should be contributing to child support.
As it stands right now, Mom typically gets the monthly cash, with no accountability as to how it benefited the child.

They should have to prove what they are using it on for the child with receipts.
