I work in a hospital. I don’t have a Right to ask someone if their emotional support dog is legit,’or for its papers, nor Do I have the right to ask if service animals are registered/legitimate. That can be considered discrimination. If I was an employer i don’t have a right to ask an interviewee their age, gender, or any personal health info, because that could be discriminatory. The same thing applies here.
