I work in a hospital. I don’t have a Right to ask someone if their emotional support dog is legit,’or for its papers, nor Do I have the right to ask if service animals are registered/legitimate. That can be considered discrimination. If I was an employer i don’t have a right to ask an interviewee their age, gender, or any personal health info, because that could be discriminatory. The same thing applies here.

CAN. IF you end up discriminating ... THEN SURE AS FUCK you should be fucked up the ass with a fucking barbed pole.

YOU SURE AS FUCK HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ... and people have the right to WITHHOLD that information. AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCRIMINATE based on that information . BUT THAT REMAINS TO BE PROVEN IN A FUCKING court. OR settled out of it ... AND THEN i hope your employer goes fucking bankrupt. Because this settling out of court is LIKE PISSING ON THE CONSTITUTION and ALL THE RIGHTS and FREEDOMS .

Ohhh ... BTW ... since you work in a hospital ... did you ever hear anyone ask some patient if they have any fucking allergies or condition that would make some medication DANGEROUS ? Or maybe ALL the people you work with ARE JUST AS IDIOTIC as you are .

What are you talking about, dude? That literally is something completely different. As a matter of technicality, you can say anything you’d like yes. But you wouldn’t because you don’t open yourself up to that. Get a clue. Your point is moot.

Sure it is. =)) It's truly sad what kind of people managed to get jobs in healthcare .
