Just a thought: Legally this is not a vaccine to the best of my knowledge. A vaccine is dead cell matter that "teaches" the body how to defense it.. This is an mRna "vax" that provokes a response to make us less susceptible by genentic alterations. So if it ever came to court, assuming true science is not denied, anti covid vaxxers would prevail. I think you are right but my faith in SCOTUS and legal/ law enforcement institutions has been severely shaken in the past 5 years. There seems to be so much corruption in these areas that I think only the strongest leadership at the highest levels will be needed to get out from this mess
