Just a thought: Legally this is not a vaccine to the best of my knowledge. A vaccine is dead cell matter that "teaches" the body how to defense it.. This is an mRna "vax" that provokes a response to make us less susceptible by genentic alterations. So if it ever came to court, assuming true science is not denied, anti covid vaxxers would prevail. Correct me if im wrong
I think you are right but my faith in SCOTUS and legal/ law enforcement institutions has been severely shaken in the past 5 years. There seems to be so much corruption in these areas that I think only the strongest leadership at the highest levels will be needed to get out from this mess
