There is a subset of women that suffer from "don't-know-when-to-shut-the-fuck-up-itis." I've been unfortunate to have had a few work for me. Even after I explained (repeatedly) that we were not having a conversation, that I, the boss, was telling them how it was going to be, period, they didn't shut the fuck up. That's when I fired them.
