Umm.. their "avg" iq is considered a retard. Not denying theres doctors and lawyers and some exceptionally smart.. but thats just it.. the exception, not the rule.
I'd argue it's largely cultural here - not saying the average IQ isn't bad and you can make someone who's been dumb all their life smart - but Africa did have civilizations historically, some were even advanced for their time (during the Middle Ages and earlier) - Mali, Aksum etc.
The question there is, was it that their culture wasn't retarded thanks to the hundreds of years of laziness and being backwards brought on post decline/collapse - or was it only that it took less intelligence to be advanced for that time period.
Ofc thanks to leftists you're not even allowed to discuss that in the mainstream, when you know, actually looking deep into it might help us find a way to fix it or work around it more effectively. But if that happened they'd lose potential minority agitators for the communist hell they want for all of us.
Aksum (and, later, Ethiopia) were Orthodox Christian, it's possible that helped too.
