The black community has been conditioned for this by the welfare state. Prior to the "War on Poverty," black families had 90%+ married father/mother households. Now, three generations after WoP started, only around 20% of black households have stable, married parents.
Black are too lazy to work, they always whine and complains. They think "free" in "land of the free" means free stuffs. Black iq matters low err lol
