How come former slaves were able to build "Black Wall Street" only 30 years after the Civil War, but in the CENTURY since it was destroyed by race riots, black Americans have built not one fucking place that isn't a shit hole, even though they have more education, wealth, opportunity, and rights?

It's only people from abroad who are coming to study in America who actually value it
