I'm tired of joggers burning down the town every time something doesn't go their way. If law enforcement is too pussy to stop joggers burning shit down then we need to step up. Imagine what a mini civil war on the streets would do to get the message across to law enforcement.

I seem to remember when crime was soaring a few decades ago vigilantism was on the rise. That scared the shit out of politicians because they knew it was only a matter of time until the vigilantes went after the source of the problems. So you know what they did? Politicians suddenly got tough on crime and locked thugs the fuck up.
Really thats the end goal here... getting these bastards to do their jobs.
