Yeah I call BS too. Even states where abortion is banned will still do abortions for victims of sexual assault. That includes incest and a few other things like the mother would die giving birth or before birth.

Poland too. Poland banned abortions last year to bolster their population... but still allowed abortions to those of sexual assaults.
