Given the fact that the vaccine itself does have a guaranteed amount of adverse side effects, to have the vaccine made mandatory, and with the fact that the vaccine makers and the people administering them are 'legally' immune to being responsible for those side effects, effectively violates the commerce clause of the constitution, which makes it clear that the government cannot force you to do commerce or buy a product or service. By forcing a vaccine on you, if you suffer side effects, that is basically by proxy, forcing you to do commerce because of something they made mandatory to inject. This means the government should absolutely be made to pay any and all damages and costs suffered as a result of the vaccine if they were to make it mandatory.
Now let's say that if the vaccine death rate is just 2%, and each person who died had a family that sued for damages at just 1 million dollars a person who died, you'd have over 6 million people dead from mandatory vaccinations, and the government would owe the families a combined 6 trillion dollars. And that's not even including the people who will suffer other side effects.
Or make so many fake vaccine cards that the real cards are worthless. Kind of like what China does when they counterfeit or currency.
