What the hell is wrong with CA? Riverside couple purchased home in an almost $600K cash sale in January 2020, but sellers refused to vacate, and cops told BUYERS (new owners) to leave. The squatters cited bogus Covid moratorium for a over a year, and only left this week.

The owners should have done a final walk through, the old owners should have been out and locks should have been changed before final paperwork was signed and money was released. They had a shitty realtor and/or lawyer.
