Yes, I feel spiritually creamy only when I'm able to avoid all contact with the news.
I like that spiritually creamy Haha. I know what you mean. The news makes it impossible to feel but If you ignore the news you can sense the spirtual forces
I was noticing the same thing. Less bummed out, more calm, ready, focused and jovial, even when angry. I guess this is the "Acceptance" phase.
