Racism is race-based prejudice, and race-based prejudice isn't fair to anyone.
Although I would argue you can judge people on their culture, because that's at least a set of ideas, and not just assuming something with no evidence.
It's arguably a gray area at this point. You can't just judge someone by their race before you even know anything about them. Though if they're x race in today's world, they may have been influenced by y culture.
You can judge a person by their race before you know them. People do it every single day. That's how you live. If you have a daughter and don't tell her to avoid black parts of town, you're a bad father. Literally.
Patterns exist. That's just the way it is. I know it can't be fixed, and I'm done trying to throw money at it to fix it. They want our property, they want our money, their want to rule us, and some of them want us dead. That's why black on White crime is so high. Go look.
