No, race is not a defining or predictive characteristic. It doesn’t help you define a person or even predict their behavior.
Yes, different groups achieve different levels of success and make different choices, groups will not succeed at similar rates. Not sure why progressives expect equality of outcome, but perhaps you can help us understand that. Also, whites are not even at the top of the achievement totem pole. To suggest that because Asians outperform whites that therefore their culture is superior is stupid and false.
