Thank god there are some people out there who still realize our rights are not a fucking game

31

My rights are not up for discussion, let alone a vote.

I hate to be that guy, but apparently they are.

6

Why do we need a "law" granting us freedom to engage in commerce?

God guarantees all men liberty.

The Bill of Rights merely points that out.

2
Latin_Patriot_MAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

our rights must not be contested or oppressed.

you just have to respect them

Our crime stats were already ridiculously low. We also had open carry. This just shores up some things.

11
ianpatrick1966 11 points ago +11 / -0

You needed a concealed carry permit to open carry though.

Don't ask me why, made no sense.

1
logicallyevil 1 point ago +1 / -0

And only inside of city limits.

2
Necrovoter 2 points ago +2 / -0

I wonder if people in CA or NY can "identify" as Iowans and demand the same rights? Maybe transcitizenship can become a thing, after all borders are evil to leftists.

acasper 41 points ago +41 / -0

I love that the quote from the Democrat is completely not applicable to what this law does. If you’re purchasing a gun from a dealer you’re still going to have to do a background check. You just won’t need a permit. So dumb.

People have become programmable. We’ve all been conditioned to varying degrees, but there is clearly a group of people who are more susceptible. Pass an instruction set with the proper wrapper and it passes right through any of the defenses that those people have and is integrated into their identity. It’s terrifying.

It really is an open secret.

There have been 3 hypnotized to assassinate someone and they followed through and it's on video, but they didn't have real ammo, and the entire thing was staged to see if they would follow through.

Compliant people (agreeable as a personality trait) are much more suseptable to psycological manipulation. It's why when stage hypnotist try to hypontize the crowd, only a small number are actually hypnotized. The stars of the show are basically the most agreeable of the group.

But what if you could find a large gathering of compliant (agreeable) people, what could you accomplish in under an hour? Pay close attention to the narration and the message. If they attained that result in under an hour of having the message repeated, what kind of grip do you think the MSM has on them with their repetive messages, all day, ever day.

Robert B. Cialdini, Professor of Psychology at Arizona State University, was hired by the Obama admin, he was also working during the election cycle against Trump and who knows what else now.

Then you have the power of social conformity and social proof in the younger crowd packed on top of the personalty types.

I don't even want to breech I.Q., but logic dictates it's a huge part of the easily indoctrinated.

Last, but not least, Fear!

Fear completely overides the frontal lobe. No way to reason with them once they bought into the fear for extended periods of time. It would not surprise me if many of them don't have PTSD from their fear of this virus. I could go on, but this should bring a lot to light for some that may read and watch.

Everything is and has been controlled for many, many years.

I have Freshman-level history knowledge right now, but I watched a few documentaries on Bitchute about the Kennedy assassinations and it definitely sounds like Sirhan Sirhan was hypnotized and framed. I started getting suspicious when I realized "Jack Ruby's" real name was Jakob Rubenstein.

I also watched the Seven documentary on 9/11 WTC7 plus BBC reporting its collapse 20 minutes early with the building still clearly in sight over the shoulder. I have a background in mechanical, material, and forensic engineering, and that shit was a demolition (as evidenced by the chunk of steel 2 engineers recovered before it was carted away). NIST thermal expansion due to office fires? get the fuck out of here.

WTC7 calls everything else into question (Robbie Parker from Sandy Hook etc), and frankly, it's not surprising. It's like I've been saying since the beginning of the "pandemic," they're never going to let this shit go. All in the name of "public safety"

That's the problem. They aren't willing to die for their principles. Once we stop pussy footing around, it won't take much."

If it were a matter of them choosing to die for principles, you have a point.

However, the Left is not worried about principles to die for. All they need to do is set the programming of these current mass psy-ops to state that they must slay every last dissident, no matter the cost.

They have the ability to create a real zombie horde that includes people we know and love....just by programming their compliant minds.

As an Iowan, and as an American, I am happy beyond all that my governor sighned this Constitutionaly appropriate law.

7

Nobody should have to pass any extra laws...the language in the 2A is abundantly clear...

12
Forty_Five 12 points ago +12 / -0

True enough but as long as the federal government continues to ignore the constitution we need the states to stand up and tell them to get fucked.

4

THIS. she said she was part of Iowa being a “shall issue” bill and that Constitutional carry went against that and was unnecessary. She voted it down two years ago. She has to be tanking from shutting our state down.

2
ianpatrick1966 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good. She botched covid response by giving in to the Gay-zettes demand to close the state.

2

Florida too. Apparently our Senate president and House speaker both refuse to bring any pro-2A legislation to the floor unless it’s minor shit like allowing us to carry in church. Meanwhile the federal government is talking about banning magazines over 10 rounds so how useful is carrying going to be when you’re walking around having to reload?

4
OhLollyLollyPop 4 points ago +4 / -0

We must have this in Texas.

4
MasksAreChildAbuse 4 points ago +5 / -1

I got downvoted for this type of comment before, but these bills (any gun bill, for or against) are all bad.

Why? Because it further conditions people that congressman/senators has any say in the matter, and it also makes banning/targeting guns rights easier for commies because it basically creates the perception that these rights are derived from OUTSIDE our innate human rights.

Gun rights are innate human rights. Period. End of story. The constitution recognizes this. Period. End of story. Everyone has the right to walk around ALL STATES with a full auto machine gun if they want WITHOUT a permit, and NO ONE has ANY say in the matter.

But so few know this (left and normies of course but even some explicitly pro gun), because they put too much stock into these majority driven state bills wether for or against. the left is successfully creating their own bills and forcing us to make our own, where we continue to play their game, we are building our own prison by empowering the government further.

The left want nothing more than for us all to think the government has the power to dictate if we can or cannot have guns. They LOVE this. Makes it all the easier for them to ban guns later and get away with it.

Its not a victory because this type of law even existing SHOWS we are being distracted by a shiny red ball. Instead of playing their game we should be arguing for the constitution and showcasing the truth within that. Educating on the innate rights we have which that talks about.

Yes, we just won’t have to get a $50 permission slip to do said background check first.
