If someone asks if you are getting the vax, say "No, I'm waiting for the animal testing results." That might do it, but If they say "What animal testing?" say "You took it, didn't you?" (media.patriots.win)

I just tell them that I'm planning to get the vaccine when either a) my doctor recommends it specifically for me (not 'everyone should get it' but after consultation and review of my medical status); or b) when they force me. And I fully expect that 'b' will occur before 'a'.
