Drugs can be dangerous anyway, but they're especially dangerous if you're buying pills from street dealers. Some of these people don't know they're taking fentanyl, but a lot of them absolutely know the drugs are being cut with fent and they want them for precisely that reason.
Meth and opiates are the most popular choice among the homeless people in my area. You can tell that they're speedballing on meth and fent by the dance they do. A person who is just on meth looks a lot different from someone who's speedballing. The meth addict is jittery and tweaking all over the place, and the speedballer does what George Floyd does in that convenience store video. They're clearly high out of their minds and they should be glued to a chair, but the meth gives them energy to do stupid shit like that peepee dance he does. He knew what he was doing, shouldn't have eaten his stash. Oh well, no great loss.
