Most cancers originate from viral(mRNA) infections, so they are technically spreadable.

Most cancers are mutations and those happen all the time, cancer occurs when the body's natural defences miss one and it keeps spreading.

New studies have come that say they are RNA mutations, not DNA. Viruses are basically strands of RNA with a coating. Viruses cause cancer.
