Extremely high dose Cannabis oil is very Effective at treating stomach cancer. Rick Simpson is a controversial figure involved in the creation of this specialized oil and claims to have successfully treated a couple thousand people personally. I have not verified these claims.

Also, cancer is not contagious so it’s a personal health crisis each time. But the other posters are right. There is no money in a cure.
