I had footage on my old houses security system of the UPS guy kicking a lawnmower I had ordered off the back of the truck from the deck height. It bent the entire frame of the lawnmower on impact.
Their employees are rude, and their stores are ugly and inconvenient.

Go to the store and buy a lawnmower. Delivery guys get tired of shit that's over 120 pounds times 200+ deliveries a day.
