Priceless! The dummy is obviously having trouble climbing but is driven by his overinflated sense of self-importance... and the guy asking him to stop. That sealed his fate, had the security guy/whatever not told him to "get down" he would have gotten tired and given up trying to climb. But since he was so focused on "You're not my real dad! I do what I want!!! (bobble-head intensifies)" he had to do the opposite of what an authority figure (or common sense) would recommend.
