The North Korean style of punishment sometimes make sense for example in these cases jail the parents as well for raising such a lowlife

If memory serves he shot himself later on (or the cops did him in), but he livestreamed for quite a long time getting into screaming arguments with his viewers. Someone was trolling in the chat, making it sound like he wanted to take the guy on.

It might have been a Tommy Sotomayor video where I saw this.
