I couldn't hear what she was trying to say but I think it would be something like:
"Sir, I need you to, what I'm gonna need you to do now, I'm going to need you to, okay this is how its going to be, here is what is going to happen".
I can only hope it sank in (in the right way) to a few of them, maybe their hearts and minds weren't closed, they really understood they've become the SS Nazis, they are Gestapo now and that is a bad thing.
