It’s a hoax and most of society is made up of conformists which made it easy to enforce because the masses are quick to comply.
I have no way of organizing this but we need to start assembling a team of resistance.

Dying of or dying with CoViD-19, how would you know? They tell us who has it. Testing is rationed to keep the fearful fearful.
