I like that he's mentioning the stolen election again at pretty much every opportunity. For a while there I was starting to wonder if he was having doubts about it, because he was saying things like, "Lots of people believe we got more votes..." etc. Now he's back to the CRAZIES who rigged it.
He's not perfect and of course made some mistakes- like not appearing to show enough concern during the pandemic, even though the opening up approach has proven to be the correct one- but what was he supposed to do? The military didn't have his back nor did the courts, what options did he have left? I just don't see what practical options he had.
Perhaps before critiquing how our General is fighting this war to save us from the combined forces of evil have a basic understanding of military history, the battle field conditions both here and globally, the political game board, fourth generation warfare and persuasion. "He should have fought back".He's never stopped fighting so I find your motion to be very odd as well as very ungrateful. Do you have some quirky definition of " fighting" that explains your he shouldas? What's the cost benefit ratio on your shouldas? Hmmmm.
Did you long for a hot headed glory hound General Custer who lead his troops to a glorious massacre because he wouldn't withdraw and regroup and ultimately win? Have you studied WW11, specifically the Pacific Theatre? How about General MacArthur s decision to cede the Philippines to the Japanese and regroup in Australia? What happened because of his courageous, heartbreaking, disciplined decision? His troops weren't massacred. Because of his ego sacrifice, maturity and strategic patience,, he was able to lead our forces back to the Philippines then on to Japan where they surrendered. WW11over. We won. A gut wrenching "loss" now seen as the key event that lead to total victory. Because General MacArthur was NOT a lets go out in a blaze of glory General Custer.
Perhaps you're at the giving the Phillipines up to the brutal Japanese part of the story, still hurt and can't imagine the happy ending only possible because of MacArthur decision to leave? I CAN imagine and I am so grateful for Trumps genius, courage and indomitable will. And because I can imaging me I'm sharing what I see with you.
Finally wins that turn out to be the event that lead to utter defeat are so common they're called pyrrhic victories. Inspired by the wars between rivals Rome and Carthage. Carthage won a great battle against Rome. Inspired by the lost, which cost Carthage alot, Rome ultimately utterly destroyed Carriage and salted its fields so nothing would ever grow there again. Trump knows the story well and knows all of the campaigns and battles and why the winners won and why the losers lost. He's a life long military history fanatic who graduated after five years at an elite military academy. He's arguably the greatest living practioneer of the Art of War and wrote an international best seller on applying Sun Tzus teachings to business and politics. MacArthur decided to surrender the Philippines? I thought that decision came from higher up?
Who is returning to win in our future?
God, I hope you’re correct.
We will never forget. The people who rigged the election will pay
Oh we all KNOW.
