I mean, is there someone who can read and thinks it's real? The bio clearly states something like "Reserved for the 45th President of the United States of America". Its not him posting there.

There is nowhere on his official website, donaldjtrump.com, where all these press releases go

So it says right there it isn't an official account. And it says it's statements are from the office of Donald Trump. And both of trumps websites do not have anything like this posted.
