This is incredibly weak. It gives too many outs to the company. The company should have ZERO way out of paying. Not only that, but the monetary benefits to the employee are pathetic.
If/When my company mandates I take it; First I absolutely will not and will forge whatever documents I have to or pay whatever doctors I need to. Second, I will require they pay me $10M immediately upon any symptoms and $25M upon my death to by beneficiaries. Period. The agreement won't be "if due to the treatment" it will be symptoms or death PERIOD. If you make it a condition "due to the treatment" you know damn well right now the "experts" will never blame anything on the treatment so the company won't be paying a thing.
