I was just watching a lecture by a systems neurologist who described how SARS CoV-2 causes a deterioration of impulse control. He suggested that some of the increased aggression we are seeing may we due to this “COVID zombie” effect. You can imagine that this effect would be exaggerated in populations who start with low-inhibitions and highly emotional responses.
Most of these loud portly whales in catastrophic situations just scream in circles, waiting and hoping that someone will figure things out for them. Know it alls until they are forced to be completely self reliant and self sufficient.
