She said that it was policy for customers to wear masks

I looked her in the eye and said: I guess I'm not your customer. And walked out.

The look of disappointment on the salesman's face as he saw his commission check being shooed away by the "receptionist" was hilarious! I found a based small business nearby and now I already have the tile picked out.

it might be worth playing along, until halfway through say, you know what I tried this whole mask thing out just for you guys and I don't like it, so I'm not going to wear one; and then see if they want to continue; if they do then let them get a taste of their whole commission; and THEN change your mind about doing business with people that would required people to go through what you just experienced for 15 min...

Have done this. Saying I can’t wear a mask for more than a few minutes and leave. I don’t care what state my purchase is in, not my problem.
